Phil Lowry has been a police officer, police detective, educator, security specialist, Deputy Sheriff, narcotics investigator, and more. He is owner of Lowry Instructional Services, LLC and a resident of Geauga County. Mr. Lowry has an Associate Degree in Applied Science: Law Enforcement, a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Education (Criminal Justice) and a Master’s degree in Business Management.
